Overview
This article describes how to log in to OfficeEMR, the web-based electronic medical records platform powered by iSALUS Healthcare. The login page is accessible at https://www.officemd.net/officemd/access/login.
Login Page Components
The OfficeEMR login page consists of two main areas: a login form on the right side of the page and an informational panel on the left that displays product announcements, new features, and support contact details.
Login Form Fields
The login form contains three required fields:
- User ID – Enter your assigned OfficeEMR username.
- Password – Enter your account password. The password field is masked for security.
- Company – Enter your organization’s company identifier as provided by iSALUS Healthcare.

Steps to Log In
- Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.officemd.net/officemd/access/login.
- In the User ID field, enter your OfficeEMR username.
- In the Password field, enter your password.
- In the Company field, enter your organization’s company code.
- Press Enter or click the login button to submit your credentials.
- If your credentials are valid, you will be directed to your OfficeEMR dashboard.
Password Requirements
If you are prompted to update your password, OfficeEMR enforces the following password requirements:
- Minimum of 12 characters in length.
- At least one number.
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one lowercase letter.
- At least one special character: ~ ! @ # $ % ^ * ( ) _ - + = { } [ ] : ; < > ? / &
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to log in, try the following steps:
- Verify that your User ID, Password, and Company fields are all correctly filled in.
- Check the Status Page to confirm there are no current system outages.
