When an invitation is sent to the patient via text message and they report receiving 2 messages. The patient is unable to click the link and join the visit.
The patient may be receiving this type of message if they have a device that does not combine long messages. If the patient does not have another phone number the invitation could be sent to, you will need to send them an email invitation instead. As long as they are able to access their email on their phone they will be able to join with that link following the same steps.
