Using the Receipt Analysis to View Missing Tickets

  1. When running this report, you will see Missing Tickets Totals in the center-bottom tile. These are appointments that occurred over the entered date range that are missing claims.


  2. To drill down into this data, right click on the tile to drill-down into a more detailed report or to export / print.


  3. In the detail, you can review information on missing claims that may still need to be created:


  4. To change any filters and re-run the report, click directly on the date button at the top of the window to open the Search Options screen.
