Session Timer Logging Me Out During AnywhereCare Visit

Solution:
Most users are defaulted to a 60-minute session timer. Meaning that after 60-minutes of no activity, the user will be logged out the database. For providers who utilize an EPCS token to prescribe controlled substances, the session time is set to 15-minutes.

If prompted to Reset the Session Timer from the pop-up, please select the link at the bottom of the pop-up to prevent being logged out of the database and potentially the telehealth session.
