Delete a Dialysis Round Visit

To delete a Dialysis Round Visit:

1. Navigate to the EMR Portal.
   
    
2. Choose the Dialysis Unit via the Dialysis Rounds dropdown in the left-hand navigation pane.
   
    
3. Click on the Visit Count button next to the patient's name in the Dialysis Round schedule.
   
    
4. Select Edit Visit.
   
    
5. Click on the Visit you wish to delete.
   
5. Right-click over the visit and select Delete Visit to remove it.
