Document an Administered Immunization

Follow these steps to document an administered immunization for a patient encounter: 

  1. Once in a patient's chart, select the Immunizations chart tab.

  2. Select the Immunization Template Blue bar/section.

  3. Click on the Immunization you wish to add.

  4. Add the appropriate immunization information to the Vaccine screen.

  5. Click OK when you are done documenting the vaccine.

  6. Press Save when you are done adding/editing all other immunizations.
