Patient is not receiving MyMedicalLocker token when initiating a password reset to email

Problem:

Patients trying to reset their password on MyMedicalLocker.com may receive a delay when using the 'Forgot Password' link on the main login page when sending to their email address.  


Solution

Patients can add the contact email ' Information@mymedicallocker.com ' to their email contacts which will whitelist the email and should allow for receiving the token quickly for resetting their password. See the tutorial from Google here
