Nephrology Voice Shortcuts & Replacements

A ready-to-use library of common phrases for the highest-volume nephrology conditions — from ESRD and CKD to diabetic kidney disease, transplant, and glomerular disease. Because Scribe does not yet receive historical context from OfficeEMR, these shortcuts let you dictate a short trigger and instantly expand recurring documentation across the HPI, ROS, Exam, and Treatment Plan. Search by condition name or ICD-10 code, then copy each Key and Value individually into your Scribe voice shortcut settings.

Opens EverHealth Scribe by CarePilot in a new tab. Sign in with your iSalus / OfficeEMR single sign-on.
  1. Log in to EverHealth Scribe by CarePilot using the button above.
  2. Once signed in, open the Tools tab and go to Voice Shortcuts & Replacements, then choose Add new shortcut. (All shortcuts below are added here, under the Tools tab.)
  3. Back on this page, use the Condition box to search by name (e.g. diabetic nephropathy) or ICD-10 code (e.g. N18.6, E11.22) to jump to a condition. Optionally narrow to a single note section with the chips.
  4. Tweak the Key or Value field if you'd like — fill in a bracketed [ ] placeholder or rename a trigger — then click Copy key / Copy value and paste each into the matching field under the Tools tab. Save.
  5. During a session, simply say the key phrase and Scribe drops in the full text.
Tip: Quickpicks are grouped by condition, then by note section (HPI · ROS · Exam · Treatment Plan). The fields below are editable so you can adjust wording before copying — edits are for convenience only, not saved, and reloading restores the originals. The ICD-10 codes shown are for orientation; confirm the exact billable code and specificity for each patient.
