Add New Case Status

Follow these steps to add a new Case status:

  1. Click on the Setup portal.

  2. Select the Patients menu option under the Basic Setup section.

  3. Choose the Window Settings Gear icon.

  4. Hover your mouse over the Settings > Case Management Status menu option.

  5. The screen will default to setup a new status. Type the new status in the Description field.

  6. Press the Save button.
