Patient Communications found in the patient drop down in the EMR and iScheduler stores any communications regarding the patient or with the patient through MyMedicalLocker. Any time a patient chart number is tagged as an attachment to a communication, these communications are stored within this section of the patient's chart. In addition these may also be found on the summary timeline in the communications section.
