The My Tasks Prescriptions portal is used to manage electronic refill requests sent to your practice by either your patient (via MyMedicalLocker) or by the pharmacy (via the SureScripts network). It also allows you to view Change requests sent in from the pharmacy as well. This portal provides the ability to easily triage and respond to both Refill and Change requests.
In order for this functionality to be enabled, each provider in your practice would need to be configured to accept refill and/or change requests from SureScripts. If you are not already set up for this, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
