Accessing EHI Export Tool
To access the EHI Export tool, users will go to the Reports portal and then select EHI Export found under the General section header. This will open the EHI Export Dashboard where users can see Active requests (within the last 30 days) for both single and all patient requests, and Inactive requests which provides a historical list of previously processed requests (or expired because they are 30+ days old).
