Appointment Reminders

• U15899 - Add Resource Alias Field:  Some Resource names were too long or weren't recognizable to patients.  An Alias field has been added to Resource Setup so the name being sent to patients is more clear.  If the Alias field isn't utilized, the Resource Name will be used.
• U15898 - Add Service Location Alias Field:  Some Location names were too long or weren't recognizable to patients.  An Alias field has been added to Service Location Setup so the name being sent to patients is more clear.  If the Alias field isn't utilized, the Service Location Name will be used.

• U15804 - Alert Display and Order:  Alerts will now be displayed in newest to oldest order as it does for iScheduler alerts.

Appointments

• U15660 - Reschedule Appointment Status with Copy Function:  With this addition, users will be able to select 
  • [1] Rescheduled on an appointment in the iScheduler.  
  • The [2] Comment screen comes up first allowing an entry 
  • Then the [3] Move icon allowing the appointment to be rescheduled

Prior to using this feature, the following Company Settings will need to be set to "Yes".

• U16163 - Direct Email Referral Extract:  This new report will allow the extraction of patient details from CCDAs received via Direct Email.  The Fields available for selection are:

• U15190 - Added Enrolled and Enrollment Date to Appointment Report:  Advanced Search options within the Appointment Report window have been updated with two new display fields related to CKCC to include CKCC Enrolled and CKCC Enrollment Date.  These are found under More > Change Display Settings then Patient Demographics.  More information on the CKCC program can be found here.  
  • CKCC Enrolled = Looks at the Patient Setup > Miscellaneous > CKCC Status > Enrolled is selected.
  • CKCC Enrollment Date = Looks at the Patient Setup > Miscellaneous > CKCC Status > CKCC Date.  If patient is set to Enrolled display the CKCC Date.
    

Also added a CKCC Enrolled section to the Advanced Search under Patient Demographics.

• B16086 - Moved Appointments:  Corrected an issue when an appointment was moved, the reminder service file was not syncing to the moved appointment.
