Patient Failed Validation

This warning is a demographic warning relating to information that can be found on the Patient Setup screen. It indicates an issue with the patient validation check. The Patient label will be highlighted in pink for the patient that failed.

  1. Click the pink Patient label in the Statement Details section to open the validation error screen.
  2. Click the Patient button to open the Edit Patient Setup screen.
  3. Correct the validation error and Save the Patient.
  4. Close the patient to return to the Statement Details screen.
