To edit the provider, date, or level of a Dialysis Round visit:
- Navigate to the EMR Portal.
- Choose your Dialysis Unit via the Dialysis Rounds dropdown in the left-hand navigation pane.
- Click on the Dialysis Visit Count button next to the patient's name in the Dialysis Rounds' list.
- Select Edit Visit.
- The dialysis visits for the current month will display, select the Visit to edit.
- Edit the dialysis visit as appropriate.
- Press the Save button.
