Business Unit Setup

  1. To set up business units in the system, you will first go to the Setup screen, and under Billing Setup you’ll select “Business Unit.” Please note that Patient Location is always there, as it’s a system flag for the business unit logic.


  2. Once your desired business units are built out, you’ll click the down arrow beside the ellipsis in the toolbar and select “Service Locations.” This is where you’ll set how your various locations roll up into their respective business units.

    You can see above that for each of your locations, you’ll have the option to select a business unit for Service Location and a business unit for Patient Location.
