Remove a Patient from Dialysis Round Schedule

To remove a patient from a Dialysis Round schedule who was entered in error:

Option 1 - from Patient Setup

1. Click on the "Dialysis" tab
   
   
   
   
2. Select the Dialysis Schedule to remove
   
    
   
   
3. Right-click on the Dialysis Schedule and select the "Delete Entry" option
   
   
   

Option 2 - From the EMR Dialysis Visits Chart Tab

1. Click on the Setup button under the Dialysis Schedule
   
   
   
   
2. Select the Dialysis Schedule to remove
   
   
   
   
3. Right-click on the Dialysis Schedule and select the "Delete Entry" option
