Practices who utilize the application's Prescriptions/Medications and Task Prescriptions modules should have appropriate medical staff complete the following tasks before and after the January 22, 2022 release:
Pre-Release Checklist

- Review the release notes.
- Respond to all pending Refill Requests.
Any prior SCRIPT version refill requests in the Unsolicited/Pending Refill Request queues at the time of release will be automatically placed in the Completed Refill Request queue. A pharmacy may send a follow-up refill request after 48 hours of no response.
