Provider License Summary

The Provider License Summary is a monthly tool the practice can use at any time to see the number of providers with billable licensing.
This is used to track who is assigned for invoices for real-time visibility into who is included on the monthly invoice. 


  1. Open the Setup portal.


  2. In the navigation pane, select the Providers setup from the list.


  3. In the Provider Setup window, open the More dropdown from the top toolbar.


  4. Select the License Summary option.


  5. You will now have the option to open this report in PDF or Excel. Select OK to open the report.


  6. The report will display with all inactive and active providers, including amounts associated.
