The Provider License Summary is a monthly tool the practice can use at any time to see the number of providers with billable licensing.
This is used to track who is assigned for invoices for real-time visibility into who is included on the monthly invoice.
- Open the Setup portal.
- In the navigation pane, select the Providers setup from the list.
- In the Provider Setup window, open the More dropdown from the top toolbar.
- Select the License Summary option.
- You will now have the option to open this report in PDF or Excel. Select OK to open the report.
- The report will display with all inactive and active providers, including amounts associated.
