Performing an EHI Export for a Single Patient

First you will need to be in the EHI Export screen, and then:

1. In the EHI Export Screen click on the New Export Request button
2. Choose Single Patient
3. Search for your patient by Name or Chart#
4. Click on Request to build the exported data
5. You will notice a new entry into your EHI Export Dashboard that begins in a Queued status
6. Once the export is ready, you will see the status change to Completed
7. In the Completed status, you have the ability to Download the exported patient data or you can Delete the export that was created (which removes the export from your Active tab of your EHI Export Dashboard and moves it to the Inactive tab)
