    • Perform Identify proofing
    • Allows you to purchase the USB token that is required. Please purchase the token with the SafeNet software.
    • Please have providers enter their own payment information and personal mailing address.
  • Setup token.  IdenTrust will send a USB token along with instructions on installing it. 
    • Install the token using the steps provided on all computers that the provider plans to prescribe from.
  • Once everything has been installed on your computer, please email support@isalushealthcare.com to help finalize the setup in Choice™

• Direct Email
  • Information: DIRECT E-mail is a secure way to communicate patient information from one provider to another. Eligible Providers in the Medicare and Medicaid will need a DIRECT email address in order to send electronic summaries of care for the Meaningful Use/Advancing Care Information objectives. If you are interested in obtaining a DIRECT E-mail, please follow the below process. NOTE: iSALUS Healthcare does not charge for this feature. However, the company that provides you the e-mail address does charge a small fee. Please discuss your options with them.

  • The DIRECT Email addresses will need to be added to your user profile in Choice™ and authenticated.
