Add a Patient to Dialysis Round Schedule

There are two options to add a patient to a Dialysis Round schedule:

Option 1 - From Patient Setup

1. Click on the Dialysis Tab.
   
    
2. Click on the New button.
   
    
3. Enter the patient's Dialysis Information and Dialysis Schedule.
   
4. Press the Save button.
   
    

Option 2 - From the EMR Dialysis Visits Chart Tab

1. Click on Setup button under the Dialysis Schedule.
   
    
2. Click the New button.
   
    
3. Enter the patient's Dialysis Information and Dialysis Schedule.​
   
4. Press the Save button.
