View Medication Refill History

Follow these steps to view a medication's refill history:

1. In a patient chart, navigate to the Medications chart tab.
   
   
2. Navigate to the Medication History via the History button in the top toolbar.
   
   
3. Click on the Refilled Date column for the refilled medication.
   
4. The Refill History for the selected medication displays.
