EverHealth Scribe started with the visit note. The plan is for it to keep extending into the rest of the encounter — diagnoses, coding, prescribing, and orders — so more of your documentation arrives ready for review instead of ready for typing. Here’s where things stand and what’s planned.
Note drafting is live today; AI suggestions for diagnoses and Superbill coding come next, with prescribing and broader order support on the horizon — all included with the current pricing.
Available now
- AI-drafted visit notes. Scribe listens during the visit, drafts the clinical note, and writes it into your configured chart tabs after your review — less after-hours charting, no change to how you practice.
- Diagnosis support in the Problem List. AI-suggested diagnosis codes surface within the Problem List and related notes, for your review — fewer lookups, better-coded encounters.
- Single sign-on and Schedule Sync. Sign in with your OfficeEMR credentials; your appointments appear in Scribe automatically.
- Review and editing tools. Plain-language edits, Regenerate, and formatting preferences Scribe learns and applies to your next drafts.
- Pre-chart summaries and prior-visit context. Walk into the encounter already prepared, with drafts that incorporate what happened last visit.
- 13 visit languages. English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Portuguese, Arabic, Vietnamese, and Urdu.
Coming next
- CPT coding in the Superbill. AI-suggested CPT codes appear in the Superbill alongside the documentation support you already have, so coding happens at the point of care instead of as rework downstream.
On the horizon
- Medication suggestions in the Prescription Queue. Prescribing intent from the visit flows into the existing Prescription Queue, ready for provider review.
- Order support beyond prescribing. AI-assisted order entry extending to labs, radiology, scheduling, and related orders, flowing into the existing order queues.
Included with your current pricing
Planned capabilities like Problem List and Superbill support will be included with the current $99 per provider, per month pricing as they become available. See Pricing & Process.
Plans, not promises
EverHealth Scribe is in Beta and improving quickly. What ships, and in what order, is shaped by what we learn from early practices — so sequencing can change. We’ll update this page as capabilities become available.
Help shape what comes next
The thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons on every note tell the Scribe team what’s working, and your feedback during the Beta directly shapes priorities. Have a workflow you want Scribe to reach sooner? Tell your project contact or submit a ticket at support@isalushealthcare.com.
