Unlock an Active User

The following steps will walk you through how to unlock an active user.

Steps

1. Login to the application as a user that has administrative privileges
2. Navigate to the Setup portal
   
3. Click Users
   
   
4. Select the user who is unable to log in.
   
   
   
5. Select User tab on the right
   
   
6. Deselect the Login Locked checkbox
   
   
   
7. Click Save
