Deceased Patients Report

This report allows the user to get a listing of deceased patients who have the RHC (Respiration Has Ceased) box checked in the Patient Setup.  The listing can be created for a date range and any of the following parameters may be selected to be included:

• Patient Home Ph#

• RespParty Email
• RespParty Relationship to Pat
• RespParty is the Patient

Results can be viewed onscreen, downloaded or printed in Excel format.
