The Charge Lag connect report allows users to see claim process dates based on a specified claim date of service (DOS) range. From the claim creation date, to the sent date, to the insurance date, and ultimately the claim paid off date. You will find this report under the Claim header for connect reports.
Report Example:
The Charge Lag Enhanced report is and enhanced version of the Charge Lag connect which includes the ability to see the claim provider, claim location, and the sign off date. Note: A record for each sign off date is included to allow users to see where more than a single sign off has occurred. Furthermore, the user can choose to inlcude or exclude corrected claims. This enhanced report is also available under the Claim header.
