Release 26.172 - November 12th, 2026

Highlights

New features

Modernized Allergies - Beta Ends on 11/30/2026

The Allergies chart tab has a modern redesign that makes reviewing and maintaining a patient's allergies faster. Drug interactions are flagged at the top of the screen and listed under each allergen. Quick Add records an allergy in one click using your saved defaults, and Batch Add lets you enter several allergies at once. You can edit severity, symptoms, notes and verification directly in the list. You can also filter, group and sort the list, and save your preferred layout. An Import Queue gathers allergens from elsewhere in the system for review. The new Allergies screen is available now as a Beta. Turn it on any time before it becomes the standard experience for all users on November 30, 2026. For details, see Allergies (Beta)

New: HCFA Claim Preview Option in Claim Entry

ISL- 14219: Although claims are submitted electronically, some users prefer reviewing them in a traditional paper format. This release introduces a preview feature that allows you to view claims on the HCFA (CMS-1500) form. You may also use this tool to visualize how previously submitted electronic claims appear on the form. The new HCFA Preview option is now available via the History dropdown menu on the Claim Entry toolbar. This preview allows you to review claims on the HCFA form without printing, as well as view how past electronic submissions appear on the form.

Enhancements

New Fields in Scheduler Analytics for Appointment Created Date & User

ISL- 14842: Scheduler Analytics lets you build custom reports on scheduling. Until now, those reports couldn’t show who created an appointment or when, or who last changed it. With this release, the scheduler analytics Excel download now has a new Appointment Details section with four new pivot table fields:

  • Created By: the user who created the appointment
  • Created Date: with year, quarter, month, and date options
  • Updated By: the user who last updated the appointment
  • Updated Date: with year, quarter, month, and date options

These fields allow you to track when appointments are booked, by whom, and how they change after creation. You can add these new fields to your existing pivot tables. The date fields are expandable by year, quarter, month, or day, enabling you to analyze activity at your preferred level of detail.

Improvement: Member ID Now Available in Billing Analytics

ISL- 14444: Billing Analytics lets you build custom financial reports from the fields and measures it includes. Member ID wasn’t one of them, so you couldn’t tie your financial results to a specific member or search for a member’s claims. With this release, Member ID is now a field you can add to the Billing Analytics pivot tables. You can find it in three places:

  • Claim Primary Payer
  • Claim Secondary Payer
  • Claim Tertiary Payer

With the field added, you can now build reports around member IDs for each payer on a claim.

New Company Setting to Move "Do Not Bill" Procedures to the End of the Claim

ISL- 14332: On the Claim Entry screen, Do Not Bill procedures, such as MIPS codes, appeared in the middle of the billable lines with a strikethrough. That made it hard to tell billable lines from non-billable ones at a glance, and coders could overlook items during claim review.

In this release, we added a new company setting, “Auto Sort Procedure Codes Marked Do Not Bill.” When enabled, procedures marked Do Not Bill are automatically moved to the end of the claim’s procedure list, below the billable lines. This happens for dates of service within the last 3 years when the claim is created and again when it’s saved or refreshed.

Resolutions

Resolved Issue: Days Superbill Failing to Print Past 25 Pages in Chrome

ISL-11282: Corrected an issue where, when you printed the Days Superbill from iScheduler in Chrome and it ran longer than 25 pages, the first 25 pages printed but when you went on to print the next set, you would get the error “Printing failed. Please check your printer and try again.” This happened even with the Windows PDF printer. Chrome seemed to treat the printer as busy and timed out.

This issue has been fixed and you can now print a full day’s superbills in one go, even on a busy schedule, without splitting the job or switching browsers.

Resolved Issue: Print Button Not Opening the Statement Preview in Statement Batches

ISL-14796: Resolved an issue where clicking the Print button in Billing → Batches occasionally failed to open the Statement Listing window for new pending batches. The print preview now launches correctly upon the first click.

Resolved Issue: Print Button Not Showing the Statement Preview the Second Time

ISL-15210: Resolved an issue where, when printing a statement batch from Billing → Batches, the first Print click opened the statement preview as expected. But if you then opened a different batch and clicked Print, nothing happened. The preview didn’t load and you had to refresh the page and click Re-Print to get it. This issue has now been fixed. The Print button now opens the statement preview each time you use it, including after you’ve already printed another batch.
