Overview of Financial Snapshot Deposit Report

The Financial Snapshot Deposit Report provides the ability to produce a number of different types of payment deposit report formats depending on how the parameters are set up. This report is different than the Financial Snapshot connect report because this report is built based on the payment deposit date, and should match the Billing Practice Summary report when run by deposit date. For practices that are not auto-posting payments but instead, hold payments to create iSalus deposits after the amounts are reflected on their practice bank account, it is then possible to match your iSalus Deposits to your Bank Statements.

The additional filtering options were carried over from the Financial Snapshot connect report to allow users options for getting additional report details. Similar to a pivot table in Excel, the filters build in flexibility through dynamic grouping, as it allows the user to select how the financials on the report are grouped through the Column 1, Column 2, and Column 3 parameters. As always, if you do not want to display the additional data fields, they can be excluded when setting up the new report. This report is limited to a 3-month date range, but the assumption is that this would be a daily, weekly, or monthly report depending on your workflows surrounding bank deposits and reconciling those between your bank and the iSalus Billing data.
