Financial Snapshot Deposit Report Example

You can use the Financial Snapshot to view your data in many different ways – here is an example of reports that can be created using this Connect report.

Financial Snapshot Deposit Report by Primary Payer, Payment Type, and Service Location – This allows you to see where payments are not associated with a category (in this case Primary Payer) then you will see it noted as uncategorized, otherwise, the associated data element will populate. 

Furthermore, the total for this report should align with your Billing > Practice Summary > Report Search by Deposit Date totals.

Reminder: For practices that are not auto-posting payments but instead, hold payments to create iSalus deposits to match their bank deposit date after the amounts are reflected on their practice bank account, it is then possible to match your iSalus Deposits to your Bank Statements.
