The dialysis survey report provides a list of patients who meet filter options set for appointment date range and designated problem list items. Patients meeting the filter criteria are returned in a the Diabetic Survey Report data with their most recent date appointment and then general demographic data including the patient's next (future) appointment detail and details on the patient's status (On or Off) drug classes ACE, ARB, SGLT2, MRA, and GLP1. Where the patient does have an active prescription for one of these drugs we provide the brief medication details.
