One of the main reasons you will be working through the posting screen is to resolve Claim and Procedure errors that arose during the automated posting process (you will need to resolve Deposit Errors on the Deposits screen). To do this, you will click the “Resolve” button next to any errors you see on the Deposit Claim Details window.
At that point, you can follow the instructions on the Claim Error Resolution window to resolve the error:
